Preamble

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. For all returns, you must also prepay shipping and insurance fees (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling fees that may appear on the packaging slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (using the original payment method).

Article 1 - Return of unopened items:

We only accept returns of items returned within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged goods. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase at the phone number or email address below and provide the product and defect details. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product.

Article 3 - Shipping

In cases where the customer wishes to return the purchased product to the seller for any reason, the customer must inform the seller beforehand so that the seller can provide instructions related to the product return. If the customer returns the product to the seller on their own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund. We are not responsible for losses or damages that occur during transport. Article 4 - Process

When we receive your item, we will review it and notify you by email within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees you have already paid are not refundable, and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 15 working days after receiving our email may elapse before the refund has been received.

If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you returned the item.

Article 6 - Exception to the right of withdrawal and refund

All personalized items made to order from our product catalog are not eligible for return and refund. These items are considered non-refundable or part of a final sale. However, personalized products are subject to the right of conformity as defined in our general terms and conditions of sale. The company is not required to refund additional fees if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.
